ONE CONTRACTOR, THE WHOLE SCOPE

One crew for the whole civil job.

Head contractors and developers don't want to manage five different subbies. Rhodes carries the full civil scope under one contract, with one operator running the site and one point of accountability the whole way through. That means less risk for you, and one team to call.

WHY ACCURACY PAYS

GPS on every machine.
Accuracy you can bank.

Every Rhodes digger runs GPS machine control, with the site plan loaded and the exact level live in the cab. No labourer out front with a laser, and no guesswork. On a job priced by cubic volume, that accuracy is a straight saving to you. And when the engineer turns up to inspect, there's a photo of the level taken from the cab, so there's no argument and no rework.

• Exact levels, loaded from the plan and worked live in the cab.
• No over-dig, which is a real saving when you're paying by the cube.
• Photo proof of levels for engineer inspections.

HOW WE WORK

We work out the job properly before we price it.

On the bigger jobs, Rhodes works up the methodology before the job is even won, so you can see exactly how the scope will run and how long it will take. It costs us time up front, but it means no surprises for you. After every job we sit down with the site manager, project manager and QS to get the feedback, so the next job is better than the last.

THE GEAR TO BACK IT UP

We invest in our gear so your job keeps moving.

Rhodes runs a modern Hitachi digger fleet from 1.7 to 21 tonne, Bobcats, a grader, a fleet of Hino truck-and-trailer units and a Kenworth transporter. We invest hard in our machinery and our GPS, so your job keeps moving, whatever the weather.
